Scope of Services
PSC Associates is an Indiana based appraisal consultant firm whose primary focus is to assist local governments in the State of Indiana in the valuation of real property. This focus is on actual valuation of properties, technical assistance in implementing valuation programs including both general reassessments and updates, preparation of equalization studies and expert advice in the appeal process.
PSC is able to provide these services in total or may tailor them to assist you in completing any phase of your valuation program. PSC Associates mission is to provide appraisal and assessment services to assist you, the client, in providing your constituents with fair and equitable assessments.
