PSC Associates, LLC. is an Indiana based company founded in 1995 to provide professional services to local government. The Company was founded by a group of appraisers with a wide range and depth of experience in the mass appraisal profession. These appraisers were all a part of the Property Systems Company prior to their association with PSC and have been active in Indiana since 1986.

PSC has concentrated on developing qualified appraisal resources required to tailor the design and implementation of quality products and services to local government in the State of Indiana. PSC is active in management and appraisal of all classes of property throughout the State of Indiana.
